Apartment Managers
So, with Christian in school for the long haul we thought it would be a good way to save some money by being apartment managers. We think we have found a complex that will work, the only problem is it is only a one bedroom apartment. There will be possibilities for us to move within the year to a two bedroom. Does anyone have any good advice with managing apartments??

I'm so excited that you guys are going to be apartment managers! You're going to do a great job. It might be a little bit squishy in the one bedroom apartment, but it can be done. My advise would be: don't be afraid to say what needs to be said to your tenants. Don't worry about hurting their feelings, because awkward situations will probably come up, but stay strong.
